Spring City finalizes 'Spring City Splash' plans for Aug. 2 with donations and vendor commitments

The group identified outstanding needs including pools for the duck activity and a water donation; members said they will approach Piggly Wiggly about donating water.
Commissioner Jody Bauer moved that the Spring City Athletic Association participate in the event, providing free hot dogs to children and selling food to adults; Commissioner Ava Wilson seconded the motion.
