Marshall County Fiscal Court approves FY26/27 reimbursement form, confirms multiple board appointments

Each motion carried with all voting aye.
The court also approved an appropriation transfer and a separate bank transfer on motions that likewise carried unanimously. Commissioner Marty Barrett moved and Commissioner Eddie McGuire moved/seconded approval of payment of county bills; that motion also carried with all voting aye.
The court voted to enter an executive session to discuss litigation, personnel and economic development under Kentucky Revised Statutes § 61.810 (subsections 1(c), 1(f) and 1(g)); the transcript records the motion as carried and the court returned to open session before adjourning. A final motion to adjourn was passed and the clerk recorded the minutes as submitted by Fiscal Court Clerk Sildami Cory Daniel.
