Under the plan, pairs are expected to complete at least one interview before the next meeting (tentatively scheduled for June 24). The timeline recorded in the minutes calls for internal interviews from June to mid-August, a late-August break, bi-weekly meetings resuming in September to begin benchmarking, and a synthesis of findings and developed recommendations in October.
Members were given suggested interview questions and the option to copy the committee chair and the First Selectman’s office on outreach emails if needed. The work plan was approved unanimously by committee members.
