Commissioner Buck moved to approve the contract; Commissioner Ross seconded. The board voted 4-0 to adopt the MOU, with Commissioner James excused. The vote authorizes the chair to sign Contract ID 10801 and formalizes Weld County's eligibility steps for the 340B pricing program under the terms described in the memorandum.
The item was presented as part of routine new business during a meeting that otherwise completed standard procedural actions, including approval of prior minutes, hearing certificates, the consent agenda and general warrants.
