ESC approves outreach materials, reviews RTSD event and upcoming tabling schedule

The committee agreed that shorter newsletter articles would be more effective. Christina Christodoulopoulos reported that the RTSD event came in at $6,753.74 and that the thank‑you letter will be posted on the ESC webpage; members will discuss improvements at the next meeting.
ESC reviewed an 'ESC Invasive' publicity flyer and voted to accept the publicity once a time is determined. Members discussed potential small expenditures to support invasive‑species outreach (an RDA under $300, a Mosquito ad at roughly $200, and the cost of a hose/nozzle) and possible training for a DPW member in invasive species identification. The committee agreed to co‑sponsor a SuAsCo presentation on dam removal on June 8 and to provide refreshments; it also noted tabling opportunities at Race Amity Day (June 14), Old Home Day (June 20) and the Music Festival (June 21).
Next steps: ESC will post the thank‑you letter, finalize tabling volunteers at the next meeting, and generate ideas for using contingency funds by the end of June.
