C & R Drainage District trustees approve invoices, hear update on $1.5 million county funds

The board approved the Sept. 16 minutes on a motion by Trustee Susan Miller, seconded by Trustee Jeff Jorgensen, by unanimous vote.
The trustees next approved three vendor invoices: $900 from Fox Farms for mowing (motion by Trustee Brian Shea, seconded by Trustee Jeff Jorgensen), $6,720 from Bolton & Menk for professional services (motion by Trustee Brian Shea, seconded by Trustee Jeff Jorgensen), and $2,560 from Fox Dirt for mowing (motion by Trustee Brian Shea, seconded by Trustee Jeff Jorgensen). Each motion carried unanimously.
Jon Rosengren, identified in the minutes as a representative with Bolton & Menk, reported that he planned to reach out to a person named Terry about roughly $1.5 million the county is expected to secure for the C & R Drainage District and said he would email the Pottawattamie County Board of Supervisors.
