Resident says nuisance notice went to developer, not HOA; trustees pledge follow-up

Brad Turner, a resident at 1391 Huntwick Lane, told trustees that resolution 26-060171 declared a subparcel a nuisance but that initial notices were sent to the developer (Grand Communities/Fischer Builders) rather than the homeowners association; Turner said the subsequent notice he received had the wrong resolution attached. "We didn't get those notices," he said, and asked the township to provide the developer's map and any formal letters indicating the parcel was to be naturalized.
Trustees apologized for the miscommunication and said staff would provide corrected notices and follow up with the HOA and developer. The board asked staff to get clarity on ownership and whether the parcel should be maintained as naturalized. Turner said the HOA will continue to monitor the area and attempt to obtain documentary proof from the developer.
Separately later in the meeting, trustees declared a nearby vacant parcel (0 Hildebrand Drive, parcel 1604428003) a nuisance and approved resolution 26-0701B authorizing vegetation cutting and trash removal as an emergency; Mr. Rossi and Mr. Sousa recorded "yes" votes.
