No member recorded an opposition during the voice votes.
Assistant City Manager Mike Reits told the commission that commemorative coins had been placed at each member's seat and distributed to boards and commissions to mark the city's anniversary (the transcript used the term "cesqua centennial"). City Attorney Katherine McNamera had no report.
The panel conducted a standard roll call at the start of the meeting and moved through officer elections, approvals and brief staff reports in a meeting that concluded with members asking staff to research additional items for a future agenda.
