After accepting the resignation of Board Member Wayne L. Camp, the Lucas Local Board of Education moved into executive session at 6:29 p.m. for the consideration of candidates for the anticipated board opening. The motion was made by Mr. Cooper and seconded by Mr. Foss; roll call recorded yes votes.
The board resumed its regular session at 6:46 p.m. on a motion by Mr. Cooper, seconded by Mrs. Cuthbertson, and adjourned the meeting at 6:48 p.m. The minutes record the executive session purpose as candidate consideration; any deliberations or candidate names discussed in executive session are not reported in the open minutes consistent with Ohio law on executive sessions.
