The Village of Lynchburg’s Fiscal Officer, Jordan Groves, told council on Nov. 14 that October receipts were $97,752.63 and expenses were $76,127.70, leaving October with $21,624.93 in revenue over expenses. Groves said a full written fiscal report was provided to council.
Village Administrator Ashley Campbell presented the Village Administrator’s report for the period Oct. 11–Nov. 14 and referenced an enclosed written copy for details. Police Chief Richard Warner likewise presented the police department’s report and provided a written copy for the meeting record.
Council took routine action to approve the October financial report (motion by Dave Minton, seconded by Judy Davis) with a 6‑0 vote. The meeting minutes indicate reports were filed with the record; no additional public discussion or line‑item debate was recorded in the transcript.
