Lynchburg council approves minutes, finances, lighting contract and moves meeting start to 6 p.m.

Finally, council approved changing the regular Council Meeting start time from 6:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., effective in November (motion by Chris Hamlin, seconded by Marty Bailey; vote 6-0). The meeting adjourned at 7:44 p.m. after a motion by Judy Davis, seconded by Marty Bailey.
