Bern supervisors accept Old Bernville Road dedication, release Eagle Brass escrow, sign Grandview sewage modules; parking rules tabled

At its June 1 teleconference, the Township of Bern Board of Supervisors approved several planning and development items and deferred consideration of proposed commercial parking regulations.
Dr. Boyd Wagner moved to accept the Deed of Dedication for Old Bernville Road; the board approved the motion. Manager Brian Potts recommended waiving the Old Bernville Road Maintenance Agreement and the board approved waiving the agreement.
Potts said Engineer Kent Morey recommended release of the remaining Eagle Brass escrow in the amount of $54,001.53 upon payment of any outstanding bills; the board approved releasing the escrow. Supervisors also approved signing the Grandview Estates sewage modules as presented.
The board tabled discussion of proposed commercial parking regulations until next month.
