Bern supervisors approve consent agenda and accept finance report

The Township of Bern Board of Supervisors approved the consent agenda and accepted the Treasurer's finance report at a teleconference meeting on June 1, 2021.
Chairman Irene Reed called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Dr. Boyd Wagner moved to approve the consent agenda, which included the minutes of the May 4 meeting, and to accept the finance report subject to audit; Jeff Thompson seconded the motion, which carried (YES: Dr. Wagner, Brian Eveland, Jeff Thompson and Irene Reed).
The Treasurer reported the township's balances as of June 1, 2021: General Fund $2,723,638.48; State Account $827,569.27; PLGIT $67,042.07; Certificates of Deposit $556,547.76; reported expenses $48,601.95. The report was accepted subject to audit.
The board set the next regular supervisors meeting for Tuesday, July 6, 2021, at 7:00 p.m.
