Luckey council hires TD Engineering for pavement evaluation and approves 3% insurance renewal

Councilmember Pat Covarrubias moved to accept the proposal and Don Brickner seconded; the roll‑call vote recorded McNulty, Okenka, Brickner and Covarrubias voting yes and the motion carried.
On finance matters, the council reviewed and signed the January bank reconciliation. Don Brickner moved to accept a one‑year renewal with N.A.T. that includes a 3% rate increase; Mike McNulty seconded the motion and the council approved it by roll call on the same vote pattern.
The council also scheduled committee meetings, including a streets/lighting/sewer/sidewalk meeting on May 19 at 6:00 p.m. and a vehicle‑inventory meeting on March 20 at 3:00 p.m. The meeting adjourned at 7:36 p.m.
