The City of Denison City Council held a public hearing Tuesday on the consolidated general fund tax levy for its 2026–2027 budget, and recorded no written or oral objections, Mayor Dustin Logan said.

Mayor Dustin Logan called the special meeting to order and noted Councilmembers Crawford, Granzen, Peterson, Zupp-Smith and Miller (attending by phone) were present. The purpose of the hearing was to consider the consolidated general fund tax levy proposed for the city’s fiscal year 2026–2027 budget.
According to the meeting record, there were no written or oral objections during the hearing; Mayor Dustin Logan then declared the public hearing closed.
