The Planning Commission’s formal business that night focused on recommending the industrial‑uses ordinance to the Board of Supervisors.
The remarks are part of a separate land‑use and sale process (an amendment to the agreement of sale) scheduled for a July 7 hearing in West Chester. Bill said he will also speak at that hearing and at the Board of Supervisors meeting. The developer and the Downingtown Area School District were not present to respond during the Planning Commission meeting.
