The motion carried with unanimous ayes.
The commission recorded the plan revision reference (sight plan revision dated 2-1-23, revision 2) as a condition. The recommendation will be forwarded to Village Council for final action; the minutes do not specify a council decision date. Commissioners framed the conditions to address site-function issues (storage surface and loading) and neighborhood buffering (screening and plantings).
