Marlborough approves seasonal hires, public works crew leader and contingent finance director

The board authorized the hiring of Anthony Genovese as Director of Finance contingent on the receipt of an RPIP grant; the contingency was stated explicitly when the motion passed. All votes on the personnel items were approved by the board.
