Commissioners James Johnson and Laura Loomis were listed as absent on the meeting roll call. Earlier in the brief special meeting, Commissioner Morehouse moved to approve the Feb. 15 special-meeting agenda; Commissioner Jenifer Conant seconded and the motion carried by voice vote.
Commissioners also held a short discussion noting that the final Master Plan will be submitted to the Village Council; the minutes record no substantive details of that discussion and no public comment was taken during the session. The commission noted that its next regular meeting is scheduled for March 7, 2024. Commissioner Jenifer Conant moved to adjourn, Commissioner Kim Morehouse seconded, and the meeting ended at 6:33 p.m. after a voice vote in favor.
