Commissioner Laura moved and Commissioner James seconded to hold a public hearing on the draft; the motion passed 3 yeas, 1 nay (Kim opposed).
The minutes also noted the village council had approved a reduction of parking spaces for a Dollar General driveway and that an MDOT driveway permit is in process; conservation-easement documents are under attorney review. The compliance status of 406 W. Main remains pending, with easements said to be in the attorney's hands.
