Todd Bickley named interim chair; commission to investigate possible business at 130 Oak Street

At the Feb. 27 meeting of the Port Clinton Planning Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals, Mayor Mike Snider moved to appoint Todd Bickley as Interim Chairman for the session; Mrs. Lois Evans seconded and the motion passed by voice vote ('All agreed'). The commission also approved minutes from Dec. 12, 2024, by the same voice vote.
During the meeting, commissioners noted an inquiry concerning 130 Oak Street: that a potential business may be operating out of a home and that an addition might be being made to a garage. The record states that Mr. Bickley will investigate the matter. The meeting recorded no public comment on the item.
