Commissioner Crystal Tijerina made the motion to tentatively approve the capital outlay sections, Commissioner Sean Levy seconded, and the motion passed with all ayes. No public comments were offered on the item during the meeting.
City Manager Brown told the commission the next four meetings will continue budget review (Revenue and Expense sections may be rearranged because of ongoing property tax legislation developments in Tallahassee). The commission adjourned at 7:49 p.m.
