Committee discusses who should fund Avulum server upgrade for election-board cameras

During the Public Building Advisory Committee meeting, staff raised that the Avulum server used for cameras at a Lincoln facility had been reported by the election board as needing an upgrade; the question posed was whether the PBA should fund that replacement or whether the election board will provide funding.
