At a continuation of the administrative hearing staff said it had received a neighbor's letter and an updated letter from the township trustees asking the applicant to provide Buffer Type D along joining property lines while preserving mounding and landscaping along the street. The applicant, saying he was representing Patric Restoration, affirmed the company's willingness to provide the mounding and the specified buffer and confirmed compliance with required elevations, dumpster enclosure standards, the county zoning code, the health department (septic) and soil-and-water oversight for earth-moving activities.
The board marked the township letter as an exhibit, closed testimony, deliberated in public and approved the site plan with nine conditions as revised at the meeting. The motion passed on roll call (Mrs. Jones, Mr. Gman, Mr. Young — all yes).
