Vice‑Chairman Joseph Bednarik moved the motion and Clerk Robert Lima seconded. The board then voted by roll call: Bednarik — "aye," Lima — "aye," Cadorette — "aye." The motion passed 3-0. Chairman Cadorette announced that the board would not reconvene after the executive session.
The meeting minutes list members of the Board of Selectmen Allen Smith and Todd Costa as present, along with Superintendent of Water and Sewer Christopher Wickman, Town Administrator Mark Ullucci and Paula Ramos.
