Commissioners and staff noted the proposal conforms to the property’s planned‑unit development (PUD) rules, which exempt it from a larger single‑building size minimum that would otherwise apply. Town staff also reminded the developer that starting work before the town’s 6 a.m. construction‑start ordinance would require approval from the town manager or the council.
A commissioner moved to approve development plan PC 2026‑09; the motion was seconded and carried on a voice vote. The motion and second were recorded as moved by Mr. Mchroy and seconded by John Gil.
