- Resolution 26-24: Appointment of Chris Card to the Rockwood Electric Utility Board for July 1, 2026 ' June 30, 2030. Motion by Councilman Colwell; seconded by Councilman Reed; approved.
- Resolution 26-25: Acceptance of James Luttrell Jr.'s resignation and appointment of Joe Moore to fill the unexpired term on the Water, Sewer and Gas Board (term through June 30, 2027). Motion by Councilman Davis; seconded by Councilman Colvin call; approved.
- Resolution 26-26: Renewal of the city'provided health insurance and alignment of dental and vision plans. Motion by Councilman Colvin call; seconded by Councilman Reed; approved on roll call.
Personnel actions approved included hiring Eddie Huffman as a full-time public works operator and hiring Chris Kennedy as a full-time firefighter; both were recommended following prior part-time service and were approved by roll-call votes.
