Scott council hears public-works update, accepts LPDES audit and grants noise variance for street overlay

Council also granted a noise variance to Noise Ordinance section 14-27(c)(5) to cover the Cameron Street overlay project for the duration of the construction; Mayor Richard clarified the variance applies to the entire construction project. The variance was seconded and carried unanimously.
