The Falmouth Conservation Commission approved a series of routine requests for determinations of applicability (RDAs) and issued multiple orders of conditions during its June 24 virtual meeting.
Commissioners voted by roll call to accept staff recommendations finding that work proposed at 107 Titicut Path (Alexander Kolchanesky), 15 Bayberry Road (John Oldak), 385 Edgewood Drive (Pants Realty Trust) and 2 Pine Grove Avenue (Atina Realty Trust) is within resource areas but would not remove, fill, dredge or otherwise alter those areas, and therefore does not require a notice of intent. The motions were made and approved on staff-recommended language; roll-call ayes were recorded.
The commission also moved to issue orders of conditions for smaller projects where staff had requested only minor adjustments. Examples included a partial second-story addition and reconfigured porch at 86 Edgewater Drive and a raise-and-rebuild with septic upgrade at 39 Pine Bank Road; the commission adopted conditions to clarify buffer delineation and replacement plantings, as recommended by staff.
Several enforcement and larger notice-of-intent matters were continued to allow submission of additional information. Enforcement hearings related to unauthorized clearing at Davis Neck Road addresses were pushed to July 22 for refined GPS-flagged remediation plans; larger filings that require outside review — including a natural-heritage (MESA) review — were continued to allow staff and applicants to provide updated data.
The meeting concluded after routine administrative votes to accept prior meeting minutes and a final roll-call adjournment.
