The River Ridge Community Development District Board of Supervisors voted Nov. 19 to adopt Resolution 2025-02, electing Bob Schultz as chair, Terry Mountford as vice chair and naming Kurt Blumenthal, Robert Twombly and Keith Merrill as assistant secretaries.
Mrs. Adams, acting in her capacity as a notary, administered the oath of office to newly elected supervisors Kurt Blumenthal (Seat 3), Terry Mountford (Seat 4) and Robert Twombly (Seat 5). The nominations were put forward by Supervisor Terry Mountford; the motion to adopt the resolution was made by Mountford, seconded by Kurt Blumenthal, and recorded as "with all in favor."
The board reviewed required ethics-training and financial-disclosure materials, including the four-hour ethics training and Form 1 filing. The board directed that the ethics-training deadline be added to the district’s Key Activity Dates list.
Mrs. Adams is listed in the minutes; the minutes also include the name Cleo Adams in the roster of attendees. Minutes refer to "Mrs. Adams" throughout; where the minutes use that form it appears to reference Cleo Adams, who is listed in the meeting attendee roster as a district manager. The minutes also list Chesley "Chuck" Adams separately in the roster as Secretary. Because the minutes use both forms, the article notes both names when the minutes do.
The board confirmed its next regular meeting is scheduled for Dec. 10, 2024 at 1:00 p.m.
