At their Feb. 9 meeting the Winter Harbor selectmen approved a Planning Board request to use Zoom for one meeting and designated a backup for SALT meetings.
The board voted 3-0 to allow the Planning Board to hold one meeting via Zoom. The minutes record that M. Sargent will serve as the backup for SALT meetings; that designation was recorded as approved 3-0.
Under Selectmen issues, Selectman R. Hemenway called attention to a street light at Hillcrest and Main that is hanging and needs maintenance. The minutes list no formal action beyond noting the issue.
The open meeting was adjourned at 6:35 p.m.; the minutes record an executive session on personnel matters later the same evening.
