Oconee County Council holds executive session on utilities contract; no action taken

Oconee County Council met in a special session on Feb. 27 in Walhalla and voted unanimously to go into executive session to receive legal advice and discuss a potential contractual matter related to utilities and infrastructure projects.
The motion to enter executive session was made by Glenn Hart, a council member from District V, and seconded by John Elliott (District I). The motion cited S.C. Code §30-4-70(a) and passed 5–0; the council entered executive session at 8:34 a.m.
The matter discussed in executive session was described in the public record only as "legal advice and potential contractual matter regarding utilities / infrastructure project(s)."
