Staff confirmed they had received final as‑built plans and a letter requesting the certificate of compliance, and that a sitewalk with town staff and GPR documented the raised spillway and increased detention capacity.
After questions, the commission moved and voted to approve and sign the certificate; staff said two signed copies would be kept in the office. The commission noted the standard next steps: file the record of the certificate in town files and confirm the recorded page number for town records.
No follow‑up action on the site was requested at the meeting beyond the record filing; the engineer and applicant were thanked for attending.
