Shamrock Lakes board outlines paving, sign and parking work; Wells Park upkeep deferred to spring

Officials expressed concern about the lift-station PVC riser, noting that bikes or golf carts leaning against it could cause damage; they asked staff to explore ways to harden or protect the riser.
Wells Park budget items were described as stagnant with likely action deferred until spring. The board also noted a scheduled animal shelter litter drive for Saturday, with staff volunteering to collect and drop off materials.
No formal motions were made to begin work immediately; members asked for estimates and to return with numbers at the December meeting.
