Hicksville adopts 2025 pay ranges and approves annual appropriations

The council then approved Ordinance 2024‑25, the annual appropriations measure, on a motion by Charlie Martin seconded by Rob Bailey. The recorded vote was Martin, Bailey, Beverly, Egly and Bassett voting yes; Kent Miller voted no. The measures passed with recorded majorities and will be implemented per their terms.
