Vice Chairman Carmen Moore‑Zeigler moved approval; Commissioner Justin M. Castanza seconded. The motion carried unanimously.
Documents attached to the agenda show the TAP funding breakdown in the packet: preliminary engineering costs estimated at $20,850 (80% federal, 20% county), and construction (including CE&I) estimated at $239,775 (80% federal participation / 20% county match). The packet states that federal participation is subject to availability and reimbursement rules and that any eligible federal funds will be reimbursed on a cost‑reimbursement basis after project authorization.
