Item 15: General plan amendment (PGPA23‑003). The council opened the public hearing for a general plan amendment to the Ontario Plan 2050 land‑use map (file PGPA23‑003). After public comment (which included calls for staff presentations and discussion about logistics jobs and automation) the council approved the item by a 5–0 vote.
