Vergara recommended moving forward with additional lights on Urban, Richey and Lemke and holding Stonefield Trail for the 2026 budget.
Trustees approved the Urban, Richey and Lemke right‑of‑way lighting project in 2025 pending budget amounts (motion by Bill Schremp, second Sam Stroik; carried 7–0). The minutes record an anticipated lighting budget increase of $1,684.08 to account for the additional lighting; the 2025 street lighting budget is recorded in the minutes as $115,000. Stonefield Trail will be considered in the 2026 budget.
