Rothschild board approves $3,949 water fountain for Gaska Dog Park

VanDeWalle also provided a flat line-item subtotal of about $1,700 for site work (backflow device registration and testing, concrete slab, valves, fittings and related supplies), separate from the fountain cost.
The board approved the lower-priced fountain option and selected trenching with a concrete slab. The motion to approve the purchase for $3,949 was made by board member Rex Zemke and seconded by board member Sam Stroik; the motion carried 7–0. The minutes record a planned installation period of early summer 2025.
