Operations and Projects Coordinator Mike Northan outlined the scope: waterlines and mains, fire hydrants, future restrooms, ground maintenance, a ticket shed, area lighting, and ADA‑compliant parking. Commissioner Clay Mitchell moved to accept the bid and authorize contract execution; Commissioner Donald Gilman seconded. The motion passed unanimously.
