He also said the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs now shows attorney fees at claims organizations and is limiting a portion of VA benefits; he urged awareness of those administrative changes. Enck alerted the board to a veteran scam that is circulating and asked staff to share warnings through outreach channels.
