Wauseon council swears in Sarah Heising as new council member

"I, Sarah Heising, do solemnly swear that I will support the Constitution of the United States, the Constitution of the State of Ohio and the Charter of the City of Wauseon," Heising said as she was sworn in, finishing the formal signing and receiving congratulations from council members.
The swearing-in took place immediately before roll call; council members then confirmed a quorum and proceeded with the remainder of the agenda.
