The Deep River Firehouse Building Committee on Feb. 5 agreed to delay finalizing design decisions to allow more time for review of proposals. Members also agreed that staff should not continue to blind-copy bidders when circulating materials to outside firms.
The committee set interviews with selected design firms for March 3 and March 5, each beginning at 5:00 PM, to follow up on the proposals. No funding updates were available at the meeting.
This item was recorded as part of the building design update; committee members indicated they will return to the proposals at a future meeting after the scheduled interviews.
