The Tolland Conservation Commission on March 26 denied an extension request from the Wildwood Property Owners Association for Notice of Intent 306-0093, which the commission found to have expired.
At the Zoom meeting commissioners recorded a 2-0 vote to deny the extension; Commissioner Nichol Magni recused herself from that matter. The commission told the association that a new Notice of Intent will be required along with a list of the work Wildwood proposes to do at the beaches.
Charity Barger attended the meeting listed as representing Wildwood; the transcript does not record a motion mover, seconder, or individual commissioner vote assignments beyond the 2-0 tally and recusal. The commission did not approve any temporary measures for the beaches at the March 26 session.
The commission closed hearings at 5:36 p.m. and will take up new submissions, including any new NOI from Wildwood, at a future meeting.
