Commissioners ratify May contracts list and approve $398,661 supplemental appropriation for Drug & Alcohol

On behalf of Drug & Alcohol, the board considered a supplemental budget appropriation resolution #2026‑11 totaling $398,661; Commissioner Barron Hetherington moved and Commissioner Gary Hess seconded approval. A roll call vote recorded Padora, Hetherington and Hess as “yes,” carrying the resolution unanimously (3–0). The board recorded immediate approval for the supplemental appropriation.
