After brief questions, a supervisor moved to close the public hearing, to waive the second and third readings, and to authorize adoption; the board approved the motions. The action completes the local steps staff described for adopting the ordinance.
The board did not record a roll-call vote in the transcript; approvals were taken by voice. The county attorney’s office and the Planning & Zoning office were listed as participants in drafting and review, and staff confirmed the ordinance will guide inspections and contractor requirements going forward.
