Commission approves bills and scheduling items, continues several hearings to June 25

At its June 11 meeting the Carlisle Conservation Commission approved routine administrative items, including payment of presented bills and several schedule continuances.
Conservation Administrator Meghan Sullivan presented bills for approval, including charges to the Foss Farm Community Gardens (Grainger $27.24; RD Fence $244.80), Weston & Sampson ($9,636.00 for automatic pressure transducers, charged to CPA H&H study funds), B&C Associates ($137.50), Registry of Deeds ($210.00), and smaller charges for awards, lumber and rubbish. A motion to approve all bills as presented carried on a roll-call vote.
Sullivan also reported that procurement for the Commission's new mower was completed, with Richard Rich and Clapper selected as the vendor and coordination underway with DPW and the Trails Committee on delivery and mowing assignments.
The Commission continued several agenda items to the June 25 meeting: DEP File #125-1212 (253 Nowell Farme Road), DEP File #125-1064 (Woodward Village, Kay's Walk certificate of compliance) and the 509 South Street enforcement and restoration plan. The Commission also approved the May 14, 2026 minutes as amended.
