The Ad Hoc Senior Housing Committee recorded that the Removal RFP was approved to begin work during its June 17 meeting and noted other administrative updates including a Brownfields report and an archiving follow-up for St. James.
Committee members reported no change to the general RFP status and that the Brownfields report has been submitted and will be reviewed at next week's meeting. The transcript records that the Removal RFP was “approved to begin work,” but the meeting minutes do not include a named mover, seconder or a vote tally.
On archiving for St. James, committee members asked Blake Gilmore for an update on his outreach to the Diocese; Lili Dwight said she would email Gilmore to request the current status and to confirm whether the task needs to be reassigned. Carolyn Ness updated members on a farmer initiative, saying the Selectboard has been briefed and is supportive; she said she will follow up with NRCS and CISA and will contact Senator Comerford to seek assistance.
The committee briefly explored a tool titled “ADU Accelerator” and provided two ADU-wizard links for members to review as a resource. The meeting adjourned at 6:04 p.m.; the committee scheduled its next meeting for June 24, 2026.
The minutes for June 10 were recorded as unanimously approved earlier in the session.
