"Also, the school board discussed and heard updates on the upcoming strategic planning process which will kick off on March 9th," Ali said, adding that residents will have opportunities to attend in-person sessions and that a communitywide survey will be distributed to gather input to guide the board's goals and objectives.
Ali described outreach plans but did not provide a detailed timeline for subsequent planning steps. He urged all community members to stay engaged and informed and said the district will use the collected input to help set goals and objectives for Crosby‑Ironton schools.
The district also reminded listeners that recordings of school board meetings are available on its YouTube channel and noted the regular meeting cadence: the second Monday of each month is a work session and the fourth Monday is the business meeting. The district encouraged residents to attend in person or view meetings online and to participate in the planning sessions and survey when they are released.
