Votes and tallies: where recorded, votes were nine yays and zero nays. Miss Schesson temporarily stepped out of chambers during the hearing but returned before final votes were taken. Several items passed with only brief discussion; others (donation and land-development changes) drew substantive comments.
Next steps: administration was authorized to sign and implement the approved agreements, execute change orders, and publish required procedural forms. Council asked staff to provide follow-up documentation on donated equipment and enforcement plans for land-development changes.
